Property Cleanouts in Milwaukee & Nearby Communities
A full property can feel like a lot to take on. Start with what you want to keep and what needs to go. Get Me Kong accepts cleanout requests for houses, apartments, estates, garages, basements and commercial spaces.
Every property has a different mix of belongings, access and timing. Describe your space and the amount to remove, and we’ll review the project with you. A request starts the conversation; the final quote and availability are confirmed after review.
House & apartment cleanouts
Preparing for a move, clearing a room or dealing with items left in a property? Tell us which rooms need attention and which furniture, appliances or other belongings should go. Set aside anything you want to keep, and identify who can approve removal. Include the floor level, stairs, elevator access and any move-out deadline so we can review the work.
Estate cleanout requests
When sorting a family property, take time to set aside personal documents, valuables and belongings you want to keep. Tell us which rooms or items are ready for removal and who will coordinate access and decisions.
Garage & basement cleanouts
Want to make room in your garage or clear unwanted items from a basement? List the larger pieces and describe the bags, boxes or loose materials. Separate what stays from what goes, and mention stairs, narrow turns or anything blocking the path to the loading area. You can choose “Not sure yet” instead of guessing a load size. A REAL GET ME KONG JOB · MILWAUKEE
A garage cleanout. More floor space.
These before-and-after photos show the same Milwaukee garage. Loose belongings, bags and pieces of material cover much of the floor in the before photo. In the after photo, that pile is gone and more of the concrete floor is visible.
Before · belongings and debris across the garage floorAfter · the pile removed, with more floor space visible
The photos were taken from different viewpoints. A ladder and other items remain visible afterward; this example shows the removal of the pile, not an empty garage or a deep-cleaning result.
Have a similar space? Tell us what should go, what stays and how we can reach it. We’ll review the items, access and preferred timing before confirming the quote and availability.

The main pile is gone, and the paved area is visible again. See the Milwaukee project story. Have a similar cleanout? Tell us what needs to go and how to reach it, so we can review your project.

ESTIMATES THAT START WITH YOUR PROJECT
What affects the cleanout quote?
The amount to remove, the items and access to the property all matter. Our junk-removal load guide provides indicative pricing, with the final quote confirmed after review.
If you’re unsure about volume, choose “Not sure yet” in the form. Tell us about unusual items or handling requirements so we can discuss limitations before you make arrangements.
CLEANOUT QUESTIONS
Know what to expect.
Do I need to know the exact load size?
No. An approximate description helps, and the estimate form includes a “Not sure yet” option. We’ll review the amount, items and access before confirming the final quote.
What should I tell you about access?
Mention stairs, upper floors, elevators, narrow entrances, parking restrictions and the location of heavy items. For an apartment or commercial property, include any building access requirements.
Does a cleanout include organizing or deep cleaning?
This page is for removing unwanted items from a property. If you also need help sorting belongings, organizing shelves or deep-cleaning floors, describe that separately. We’ll confirm which work we can take on and what the quote covers before you schedule.
Can I keep some belongings and remove the rest?
Yes. Identify what stays and what goes before the removal plan is finalized. Tell us who will coordinate those decisions and access to the property.
Can I also discuss moving or selling?
Yes. Moving is quoted separately from removal loads. If you’re considering selling as-is, use the separate selling inquiry. A possible cash offer depends on property review and agreed terms.
A cleanout. Or a bigger next step.
Start with the help you need today. Request a cleanout estimate, or explore an as-is sale if you’re considering what comes next for the property. Cleanout, moving and relocation support are available to discuss.
